Shipping and Return Policy

When you make a purchase with us, you agree to our shipping and return policies.


Once you place your order, your product(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible. This can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number for your item. It will typically take a few extra days for your item to show in the system. Please know that we are always working as quickly and efficiently as possible with our wholesalers to get your item delivered to you in a timely manner. 

Our typical turn around time from the time your item ships to the time it arrives to you is 17-25 business days. 

We handpick items for you from various countries. 

If you purchase more than 1 item, they may come in different packages, also possibly arriving at different times.

Due to our extremely low prices and free shipping, we do not accept refunds or returns. We stand behind our products 100%. If it has been more than 60 days since your item was PURCHASED, we will not offer exchanges or replacements. If you have any inquiries about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

If your package gets lost in the mail, we will investigate the situation with our wholesaler. This is why we provide tracking information, so you are able to see where your package is at all times. It is important to double check your shipping address as we ship to the exact address that is provided to us.
